Viltier offers a complimentary delivery internationally.
If the purchased piece is available, please account for 3-5 working days after placing the order to receive your Viltier creation.
If the piece is made-to-order please expect a delay varying between 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that each Viltier creation is unique and handmade, delay may vary slightly.

Please note that prices indicated for delivery outside the euro zone are exclusive of customs and duty.
Viltier may refuse to deliver certain areas and amend its tariffs.
If you wish to return or exchange your Viltier creation please e-mail maisonviltier@viltier.com including your order number.
You have up to 30 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request. Our team will assess your request and come back to you based on return eligiblity.
Please note that every creation made to order can only be exchanged and are non-refundable.
Include all the components of the original package in your return package. Our shipping partner will collect it at the address you specify in your return e-mail, if the latter is located in a delivery area covered by Viltier.
Once we received your package, our team will assess the content and send you an email confirming a refund in the following 7 working days. Viltier may refuse a return or an exchange if the product shows any signs of use and damage or if the package is incomplete.
