Our jewelry is created to accompany you in your everyday life if worn and handled with delicacy.
It is important to avoid contact with perfume or creams on your jewelry in order to preserve its color and natural shine. It is also advisable to avoid prolonged contact with water (except for gold and diamond pieces). Finally, we advise you to remove your jewelry during activities where it could be subjected to shocks.
In order to preserve the shine of your jewel, we recommend that you clean it with lukewarm water with neutral pH soap and a very soft brush. You can also clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
Cleaning
Viltier offers you this service to revive the shine of your jewelry. This service allows you to restore shine to your creation by removing superficial scratches.
Service price - Free for the first year. After this period, a quote will be made to assess your jewelry according to your needs.
Size adjustment
It is possible to adjust the size of your jewelry (rings, bracelets and chains). We invite you to contact one of our advisors to ensure feasibility.
